An embedded engineering team that ships your product roadmap.
We join your team as a senior-led engineering squad — inside your Slack, your GitHub, your sprint cadence. Sprint-ready in two weeks. Senior code review on every PR. No bait-and-switch to junior engineers once the contract is signed.
Dedicated Engineering Teams
Senior engineers, architects, cloud specialists, and AI experts working as an extension of your organisation.
Startup Launch Team
MVPs, rapid prototyping, AI integration.
Product Growth Team
Feature development, cloud scaling, performance optimisation.
Enterprise Modernisation Team
Legacy modernisation, cloud migration, architecture redesign.
AI Transformation Team
LLMs, AI agents, automation, intelligent workflows.
The right fit
We turn down work that isn't a fit. Here's how to tell.
This works well if…
- —Your roadmap is longer than your team can execute. Features slip every sprint and the backlog only grows.
- —You've tried offshore before and got burned — junior code, communication gaps, or a team that needed constant supervision to ship anything useful.
- —You need to move fast for the next 6–12 months but can't absorb a 3-month recruiting cycle for full-time hires.
- —You have a PM and specs. You need engineers who execute well, not engineers who define what to build.
This probably isn't us if…
- —You need someone to write your product specs or define what to build. We execute against a roadmap — we don't create it from scratch.
- —You want a fixed-scope project with a defined end date. That's more like our modernisation work.
- —There's no internal product context to hand off — no codebase, no specs, no working product for us to build on.
How it works
Embedded from day one. Shipping by week two.
Kickoff (weeks 1–2)
We join your Slack, clone the repo, and understand the architecture. Then we ship something small — a real ticket from your backlog. No multi-week discovery phase before the first commit.
Sprint integration
We work inside your existing cadence. Two-week sprints in Jira? We're in Jira. Linear? We're in Linear. We attend planning, write tickets, and demo at review — just like a full-time team member.
Senior-led delivery
Harsh owns the architecture decisions and reviews every PR. The team of engineers, designers, and project managers handles execution under his direct oversight. Nothing ships without his sign-off.
Async by default
We overlap your timezone for a few hours each day and communicate in writing the rest of the time. You always know what's in flight — without scheduling more meetings.
Scale as needed
Start with one sprint. Add capacity for a big launch. Reduce after it ships. 30 days notice to change — not a 12-month commitment with a change-order process.
What you get
An engineering team that works like a senior full-time hire — without the recruiting cycle or the overhead.
Feature velocity
Features shipped every sprint — not deferred, not 'in progress'. A working demo at every review.
Senior PR review
Every pull request reviewed by Harsh before it merges. No junior code slips through unchecked.
Architecture guidance
Major technical decisions documented and discussed before a line of code is written.
Async-first updates
Written daily standups so you always know what's shipping — no status meetings required.
Your stack, your tools
We work in whatever you're already running — React, Node, Python, Java, Go, Rails. No migration required.
Flexible capacity
Scale up for a product launch, scale back between releases. Monthly terms — no 12-month lock-ins.
Senior engineering — not a staffing bench
Numbers that reflect how we actually work.
2 weeks
to first sprint — no lengthy onboarding or discovery phase
15 years
of production software experience across North American markets
100%
of PRs reviewed by a senior engineer before merge
The model exists because of a gap Harsh kept seeing at a major US regional bank and earlier at a North American retail giant: offshore teams that looked credible in the sales process, then delivered code that senior engineers had to rewrite. The problem wasn't offshore delivery — it was the absence of a senior engineer owning the quality bar.
Every squad engagement runs the same way. Harsh sets the architecture, reviews the code, and is your primary engineering contact. A team of engineers, designers, and project managers executes alongside him — people he has worked with directly, not a bench of available contractors.
Want a team that ships?
A 30-minute call is enough to scope the first sprint. We can be shipping features in two weeks — without a lengthy onboarding process.
